To change a navel

Changing a navel piercing is something you can do when waiting for the required number of times specified by your piercer. Be careful when your navel ring with the following procedure.
1.Changing navel ring begins with cleaning the area and your hands thoroughly. Changes immediately after the shower the risk of bacteria in the piercing will be held. Wash the area carefully and be sure to remove all traces of soap before washing the ring. Wash hands thoroughly and ensure that they are flushed.

Piercing 2.Grasp top to bottom with one hand and the bottom with you're other handing.

3.Holding top of the piercing safely rotate the bottom of the crown navel to the left until it starts to melt. Gently remove jewelry.

4.Before the emergence of new navel jewelry, clean it with saline solution and then dry completely. Replace the old and new navel ring immediately. Leave jewelry for piercings, but too long to be.
